The company manufactures bespoke foam solutions through CNC routing, moulding, heat laminating and other specialised cutting processes. Product types include reticulated foam, explosion suppressant foam, open cell polyurethane foam and closed cell polyethylene foam. It has access to over 500 foam grades. It is an approved distributor of Zotefoams products, Plastazote and Evazote, and Crest Foam Safecrest foams.
